Baby Room

We finally finished the baby room! Thanks to everyone who helped us fill the room with shower gifts. We are so grateful for everything.

As many of you know, we painted the baby room light blue (almost Carolina blue, but not quite) when we moved into our house 2.5 years ago. It was originally a craft room for my sewing and Danny's beer brewing. When we found out we were expecting, we decided that it would be a perfect baby room. We were convinced from the beginning that, because we had painted the room blue, we would definitely have a girl, and we were right =-). The good news is, blue works just as well for girls as it does for boys. Check it out!

Oh, and for those of you who don't already know, we are planning on naming her Mia. Mia Monlor... it has a nice ring to it, don't you think?

The room looks great. You guys did a wonderful job. It was so fun playing with all the shower toys and reading all of Mia's books a couple of weeks ago. She's going to love them!

Love the room. Although I think this is the room that Koders peed all over the christmas tree, no? Love the dark brown furniture. And I love the name. Are you going to pronounce it M-ee-a or M-eye-a? She's going to be a beautiful, healthy baby. I'm so happy for you two!!!!

It's not the room that Kota peed in =-)... that's the guest room, but don't tell anyone. haha.

We're pronouncing it Me-uh (the first one).
